Refund policy

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• Product received is damaged.
• Wrong product delivered.
• Product has manufacturing defects.

Return Request

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery along with photographs or videos as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used products
• Customized products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Earrings and certain personal-use jewellery items (for hygiene reasons), unless defective

Refund Process

After inspection:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
